30-day returns
You have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return.
How to start a return
Email support@epicstorehub.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please don't mail anything back before contacting us; packages sent without a return request can't be accepted. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, these items can't be returned once opened or used: grooming creams, balms and sprays; toys, chews and feeders that have been used; and food or treats.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to pay for any return shipping.
Return shipping costs
For returns for any other reason (changed your mind, ordered the wrong size), return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 1 hour of ordering by emailing us. After that, your order may already be processing with our fulfillment partner.
