About Us

Everyday gear for your pack

Epic Store is a small online shop based in Missouri. We pick gear for huskies and other double-coated working breeds: tough toys for big chewers, puzzle feeders for busy minds, grooming tools for heavy shedders, and walk gear for strong pullers.

I started Epic Store after Eli and Yeti, my two huskies, came into my life. I quickly found out how fast they run through toys and gear. It was hard to find reliable, trustworthy products, so I decided to put the best gear and products in one place.

What we look for in a product

• It solves a real husky problem: shedding, boredom, chewing, pulling or escaping.
• It's fairly priced. We show one honest price, with no fake "was" prices or countdown timers.
• It's something we'd be happy to answer questions about.

How your order works

Our products ship straight to you from the brands and fulfillment partners who make and stock them. That's how we keep prices down. It also means items in one order can arrive in separate packages. Orders ship within 1–3 business days, standard delivery takes 7–14 business days, and every order gets a tracking number.

Our promise

• 30-day returns on unused items.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you, with no return shipping to pay.
• A real person answers every email, usually within 1 business day.
