Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email when your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days after your order ships. Your products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email when it ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates after the label is created.
Holiday orders
During November and December, carriers are busier than usual. To receive an order by December 25, we recommend ordering by December 1. We'll post exact cutoff dates on the site.
Wrong address or undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We aren't able to cover reshipping costs for packages returned because of an incorrect address.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 21 business days after it shipped, contact us at support@epicstorehub.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
